More About Daniel Forrester
Daniel is an entrepreneur and two-time author who is sought after for his expertise in change, strategy, digital transformation, corporate culture and policy. In 2012, Daniel founded and grew the expert consultancy THRUUE that he recently sold to TiER-1 Performance. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland’s School of Engineering having recently developed a new massive open online course: Generating Vision: Long-Term Big Ideas That Motivate Employees and Stakeholders. He holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration and a BS from The Catholic University of America in Washington DC.

Rich is the president and founder of Engagious, a firm that specializes in public policy message testing and refinement. For more than 20 years, Thau has moderated focus group dial tests for many of America’s leading trade associations and advocacy groups. These include PhRMA, the National Association of Realtors, the American Bankers Association, ClearPath, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is also the creator and moderator of the Swing Voter Project, where—in partnership with Axios—he conducts monthly focus groups with Trump-to-Biden voters.
